Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
• Related work experience: Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.
• Supervisory experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment.
• Inspect tools, equipment, or machines and carry equipment as needed.
• Identify and operate shut-off valves for equipment and buildings and maintain inventory.
