Job summary

Kerzner International Limited in Dubai is seeking an IT Officer to provide day-to-day technical support and help operate the hotel's IT systems, business applications, and end-user technology. The role supports colleagues across all departments by resolving technical issues, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring that technology services remain reliable, secure, and available to support hotel operations.

Working closely with the IT team, the position helps deliver effective technology solutions

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of IT support experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and endpoint management.
• Basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Familiarity with OPERA Cloud PMS and Simphony POS is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for colleagues and hotel departments.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, email services, password resets, and access requests.
• Support hotel systems including OPERA Cloud PMS, Simphony POS, telephony, CCTV, IPTV, guest Wi‑Fi, and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and document incidents and service requests in tickets.
• Maintain IT asset records, equipment assignments, and inventory.
• Assist with device deployments, replacements, and office relocations.
• Support meeting rooms and conference technology; follow IT policies and cybersecurity standards.
