You will manage wake-up calls, guest messages, transfers, and privacy protection, while maintaining knowledge of hotel outlets and room service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience in hospitality recommended.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Knowledge of call center operations and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and coordinate internal transfers.
• Ensure tasks are accurate, timely and of high quality.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of guest information.
• Provide wake-up calls and accurately relay guest messages.
• Document and log guest requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Be familiar with hotel outlets and room service details to assist guests.
