Job summary

Dusit invites applications for a Service Center Agent to join our guest services team. You will handle all external calls, coordinate internal transfers, and ensure every guest interaction reflects our warmth and high standards.

You will maintain logs, protect privacy, and deliver wake-up calls accurately. Requirements include a Bachelor degree in Hotel Management and at least 2 years in a Call Center, with strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years in Call Center experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Knowledgeable in Call Center operation and technical aspects.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest calls and transfers promptly and professionally.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of guest information.
• Ensure wake-up calls are performed accurately and on time.
• Record guest requests clearly and log interactions for follow-up.
• Provide a thorough handover at shift change and communicate issues to supervisor.
