Occidental Sharjah Grand, part of Barcelo Hotel Group, seeks a seasoned General Manager to lead all hotel operations in Sharjah. You will drive guest satisfaction, financial results, and a culture of excellence across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and HR.

The role requires 8–10 years in hotel leadership, with 3–5 years as GM in full‑service properties, fluency in English, and strong PMS/revenue management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive leadership in hotel operations.
• 3–5 years as a General Manager in a full‑service hotel.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts to achieve financial targets.
• Monitor KPIs, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and quality throughout the hotel.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team and ensure safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and inventory control.
• Represent the hotel to community and stakeholders.
• Implement sustainability initiatives in line with corporate policies.
• Report to regional management on performance and challenges.
