Job Responsibilities: \\* Oversee all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and Human Resources, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. \\* Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts to achieve financial targets, maximize profitability, and optimize operational efficiency. \\* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. \\* Maintain high standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness throughout the hotel, addressing guest feedback and complaints promptly and effectively. \\* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement and retention. \\* Ensure compliance with all local regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards. \\* Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and inventory control to optimize costs and maintain quality. \\* Represent the hotel in the local community and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including government bodies, tourism organizations, and business partners. \\* Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives in line with Barceló Hotel Group corporate social responsibility policies. \\* Report regularly to regional management on hotel performance, challenges, and opportunities.# **What are we looking for?**\\* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
