This leadership role requires a proven track record in fast-paced hospitality environments, with pre-opening experience desirable and a commitment to operating at peak performance

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in beach club operations.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety and food regulations.
• Proficiency with restaurant systems and POS software.
• Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork.
