IHCL in Dubai is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to supervise and coordinate maintenance of hotel machinery and systems, ensuring safety and efficient operations. You will lead a team of engineering technicians, implement SOPs, and coordinate with vendors to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC and have 5+ years in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role, and must be fluent in English.

Competenze

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC or other relevant fields.
• 5+ Years of relevant experience in Hospitality Industry with 2+ Years of experience as Team Leader / Shift Incharge.
• English language proficiency.

Mansioni

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day engineering tasks and initiatives.
• Provide solutions to recurring engineering problems in guest areas.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of engineering technicians.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of guest rooms and hotel systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for BOQs, site visits, and orders.
• Ensure SOPs and safety guidelines are followed.
