Job summary

Holiday Inn Dubai Al Maktoum is hiring an Engineering Supervisor to lead the hotel’s engineering team in Dubai. You will oversee daily maintenance operations across facilities, supervise technicians, and ensure preventive maintenance programs run on schedule to keep the property safe and compliant for guests and colleagues.

The role requires 3–5 years of hotel engineering experience with supervisory exposure, and a strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, plus UAE safety

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hotel engineering experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
• Familiarity with UAE health and safety codes preferred.
