Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance requests and assign work orders to the Engineering team.
• Monitor Preventive Maintenance schedules to ensure timely task completion.
• Maintain engineering records, logs, and reports.
• Update the maintenance system with completed work orders and status.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Front Office, Security and other departments on maintenance needs.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and monitor spare parts availability.
• Coordinate contractor visits and annual maintenance schedules.
• Maintain equipment manuals, warranties, and compliance certificates.
• Prepare engineering reports for management review.
• Assist with staff attendance, leave records, and overtime documentation.
• Record energy consumption and meter readings.
• Handle department emails and administrative correspondence promptly.
• Support audits by preparing required documents.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
