Job summary

Accor in Dubai seeks a Duty Manager to oversee and coordinate the overall hotel operation during the assigned shift, acting as on‑duty management to ensure all departments perform to standard and guest experience remains flawless.

You will lead and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering and Security, monitor arrivals and VIPs, handle complaints and service recovery, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with brand standards across the property.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hotel operations experience, preferably Front Office or supervisory.
• Experience in an international hotel chain is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Front Office operations, guest service standards, and SOPs.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate hotel operations during the assigned shift.
• Act as the on-duty management representative and ensure department efficiency.
• Inspect public areas, facilities, and operations for cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor arrivals, VIP guests, groups, and special guest requests.
• Coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare Duty Manager logs and shift/incident reports.
• Lead and support team, ensure policy and brand standards compliance.
