Job summary

Ennismore's 25hours hotels in Dubai seeks a Front of House Host/Hostess to manage restaurant reservations and provide attentive guest service. You will be a role model to hostesses from the first Hello to the final Take care see you soon, delivering warm hospitality and smooth service in a lively hotel environment.

You will thrive working with people, enjoy making guests feel welcome, and bring a passion for food and drinks.

Qualifications

• Training completed with first experience in hotel or catering.
• Enjoy working with people and making others feel good.
• Passionate about good food and drinks and open to new concepts.
• Not only bringing skills but also character.
• Experience in nightlife venue is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant reservations.
• Provide attentive service to guests.
• Promote the F&B offer.
• Prepare bookings and special needs as required.
• Clean and tidy the outlet and preparation areas after closing.
• Organise work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events and guests.

How does your working day look like

• You'll always keep your cool even when all the guests want a restaurant table at the same time
• You'll be in charge of the restaurant reservations
• You'll be a role model to all hostessesfrom the first Hello to the final Take care see you soon
• You'll offer an attentive service to guests adapting to any constraints
• You'll heeds any remarks made by guests and ensures follow-up
• You'll promote the F&B offer
• You'll prepare the bookings and special needs as required
• You'll clean and tidies the outlet and preparation areas after closing
• You'll organise your work to suit fluctuations in numbers events and guests

Qualifications :

• You've completed your training and have already gained your first experience in the hotel or catering business.
• You have fun working with people and enjoy making others feel good
• Youre passionate about good food and drinks and enjoy discovering new concepts
• Youre not just bringing your abilities but also your character
• Experience in working at a nightlife venue can be a valuable asset
