Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services' Dubai client is seeking a Hostess to warmly welcome guests, verify reservations, and ensure a smooth, personalized arrival experience in a fast-paced F&B setting.

You will manage seating, handle walk-ins and waiting lists in coordination with reservations and floor teams, delivering warm English-speaking service to VIPs and guests alike with a smile and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of guest relations experience in busy hospitality settings.
• Excellent English communication with a warm, engaging persona.
• Proven ability to manage guest arrivals, reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists during peak service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to different guests.

Qualifications:

• 1. Female candidates of European, Arabic, or CIS nationality, aged 30 and below, minimum of 2 years of guest relations experience in a busy restaurant, premium bar, or lifestyle hotel.
• 2. Excellent English communication skills with a warm, engaging personality.
• 3. Proven ability to manage guest arrivals, reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists during peak service.
• 4. Strong interpersonal skills, guest awareness, and the ability to adapt communication styles to different guests.
