Job summary

ALBA CORP is seeking a Host/Hostess for our Dubai showroom to create a welcoming first impression and support daily showroom operations. You will greet visitors, direct them to the right teams, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth customer journey.

The role requires 12 years in front desk or hospitality, a polished presence, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and scheduling tools. UAE-based relocation may be needed.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in front desk hospitality or customer service.
• Professional appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal communication in English (Arabic a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic scheduling tools.
• Punctual, courteous and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage showroom reception with warmth and efficiency.
• Direct customers to sales consultants and service areas; manage guest flow.
• Support sales/service teams with clerical tasks and appointment logs.
• Coordinate events, test drives, VIP visits and maintain displays.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Reception & Experience

• Greet visitors promptly and warmly as they enter the showroom
• Direct customers to the appropriate sales consultants or service area
• Manage guest flow to ensure minimal wait times and high satisfaction
• Offer refreshments and maintain a clean inviting reception area

Administrative Support

• Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules
• Handle incoming calls and route inquiries professionally
• Support the sales and service team with basic clerical tasks
• Keep track of showroom materials brochures and hospitality supplies

Showroom Coordination

• Coordinate showroom events test drive schedules and VIP visits
• Ensure displays and seating areas are tidy and well-stocked
• Report any maintenance or facility issues to the relevant team
• Provide feedback on customer comments and areas for improvement

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in a front desk hospitality or customer service role

Work Arrangement
