Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking a Training Manager to oversee the Training Department and ensure alignment with corporate strategies and brand standards. You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department within the Human Resources Division, meeting expectations of employees, guests and owners.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management and at least 2 years of experience as Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager in larger operation.
• Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Training Department to align with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Training Department within the Human Resources Division, meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
