Job summary

Hyatt Place Dubai/Jumeirah is seeking an HR & Learning Officer to join our Human Resources team. The role focuses on supporting HR operations across the cluster and driving learning initiatives for colleagues.

Ideal candidates will have a hospitality background and a passion for people development, with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and training on UAE labor laws will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or work experience in HR or L&D is an advantage.
• Exposure to F&B or Rooms operations is beneficial to understand learning needs.
• Passion for people development, learning and colleague experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of HR systems and LMS is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude and commitment to excellent service.
• Knowledge of Hyatt brand standards and UAE labor laws is desirable but training provided.

• Partner with department heads to identify learning and development needs and create tailored solutions.
• Support the management of learning platforms, training records, and reporting requirements.
• Champion Hyatt's culture, values, and colleague experience across all properties within the cluster.
