Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth. You will lead day-to-day sales activities, build long-term relationships with corporate clients, and ensure seamless turnover to Event Management for exceptional service delivery.

The role requires a 2-year or 4-year degree in business-related fields and relevant sales experience in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Degree in business/marketing or related field required.
• Sales experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to coordinate efforts.
• Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers for future bookings.
• Develops relationships within the community to expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
• Manages relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides accurate turnover to Event Management.
• Participates in sales calls to acquire new business or close deals.
• Executes and supports operational aspects of booked business (proposals, contracts, communications).
• Identifies new business to achieve revenue goals.
• Understands market trends, competition, and demand to optimize revenue.
• Negotiates contracts and serves client needs to deliver value.

Education

2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
