Job summary

Hyatt in Dubai seeks a Sales Executive to maximize hotel sales and meet targets while collaborating with Rooms, F&B and other revenue units. You will maintain records of Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations, and ensure all booked business is tracked and reported promptly.

The role requires developing strong client relationships, exploring new opportunities, and coordinating with operations to satisfy guest requests and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales or Assistant Manager in hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and achieve targets across hotel segments.
• Maintain complete records of Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations.
• Establish an efficient trace file to ensure all business booked is tracked.
• Submit Sales reports in a timely manner.
• Entertain and conduct residences inspections to clients when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with established clientele and seek new opportunities.
• Liaise with related operation departments to meet guest requests and expectations.
• Handle guest and employee inquiries courteously; ensure timely follow-up if needed.
