Job summary

YOSH HOSPITALITY LLC OPC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a hands-on IT Technician to install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, networks and related IT equipment across the organisation.

You will provide first and second-line support, troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and network devices, manage assets and licences, and assist with system updates and security to safeguard operations. Experience in hospitality IT and cloud platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT Technician experience in hospitality, office, or multi-department settings.
• Proficient with Windows and Mac OS, MS Office, and business apps.
• Basic TCP/IP and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication for all staff levels.
• Respect for confidentiality and data protection policies.
• Willing to adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain hardware, software, networks and AV equipment.
• Provide first and second-line IT support for all users.
• Monitor asset records, licences and inventory management.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and network devices.
• Escalate issues per company guidelines when needed.
• Collaborate on system updates and security patches.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and manage user permissions.
• Support meeting rooms and remote conferencing tools.
• Participate in IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
