Job summary

Fundamental Hospitality in Dubai invites applications for an entry-level HR Coordinator role at our Head Office. You will support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, files, visa processing, WPS, payroll coordination and general HR administration while collaborating with venue general managers.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 2–3 years UAE HR experience (hospitality preferred), strong knowledge of UAE Labour/DIFC laws, and excellent English

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an HR Coordinator to join our team at the Head Office in Dubai.

This is an entry-level HR role suited to someone looking to build their career in Human Resources. The HR Coordinator will support the day-to-day HR operations for the Head Office, with responsibilities including employee relations, maintaining employee files and records, visa processing, WPS, payroll coordination, and general HR administration while working directly with the venue(s) general manager(s).

We are looking for someone organized, proactive and keen to develop their experience across different areas of HR within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within the hospitality/hotels industry.

• Strong experience managing both employment processes/relations and contracts.

• Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law / DIFC Law and visa regulations.

• Experience with payroll processing and WPS.

• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Fluency in English is mandatory
