Job summary

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an HR Coordinator for the Head Office in Dubai. This entry‑level HR role supports day‑to‑day operations, including employee relations, file maintenance, visa processing, WPS, payroll coordination and general HR administration while collaborating with venue general managers.

We seek an organized, proactive candidate keen to develop across HR within a fast‑paced hospitality environment, with a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and UAE HR experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in hospitality/hotels.
• Strong experience managing both employment processes/relations and contracts.
• Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law / DIFC Law and visa regulations.
• Experience with payroll processing and WPS.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an HR Coordinator to join our team at the Head Office in Dubai.

This is an entry-level HR role suited to someone looking to build their career in Human Resources. The HR Coordinator will support the day-to-day HR operations for the Head Office, with responsibilities including employee relations, maintaining employee files and records, visa processing, WPS, payroll coordination, and general HR administration while working directly with the venue(s) general manager(s).

We are looking for someone organized, proactive and keen to develop their experience across different areas of HR within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
