Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 years of HR experience.
• At least five years of executive HR experience.
• At least five years of international HR experience.
• Thorough knowledge of UAE Labor law.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR Relationship Manager for assigned clients.
• Ensure accuracy in payroll data and statutory filings.
• Mentor and develop HR Executives.
• Prepare and present HR reports for management.
• Drive standardization of HR processes for clients.
