Job summary

JA Hatta Fort Hotel is seeking a motivated Human Resources Executive to support associates, coordinate HR processes, and help maintain a positive workplace culture within our Dubai property. You will manage end-to-end HR tasks such as attendance and payroll submissions, engage colleagues through programs, handle documentation, and collaborate with hotel teams to deliver a seamless associate experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of HR experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end vacation process, from requests to flight ticket issuance
• Assisting with the daily operations of the Human Resources Department
• Supporting associates with HR-related queries, requests, and documentation
• Coordinating employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and celebrations
• Preparing certificates, birthday cards, name badges, and associate communications
• Assisting with attendance administration and payroll-related submissions
• Supporting employee relations matters, disciplinary meetings, and investigations
• Coordinating transportation requests and other associate services
• Maintaining accurate HR records, filing systems, and departmental documentation
• Working closely with teams across the hotel to deliver a seamless associate experience
