Hilton is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Dubai to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR operations for our luxury hotels. You’ll coordinate talent acquisition, liaise with agencies, maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality while delivering exceptional hospitality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate talent acquisition across hotel departments.
• Liaise with agencies, schools, colleges, universities, and job portals.
• Coordinate job advertisements and postings.
• Support onboarding and offboarding; prepare joining and separation documents and checklists.
• Maintain Team Member records and confidential HR data.
• Manage HR systems and payroll-related tasks.
• Support visa and work permits and Team Member relations and engagement.
