Job summary

Hilton in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Human Resources Executive to lead daily HR operations, drive recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, and employee relations while upholding Hilton policies and local regulations.

You will coordinate engagement initiatives, oversee HR data, and support workforce planning, onboarding, and performance development in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment, is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, and talent development.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop Team Members.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations: Assist in recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, team member relations, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management, ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies and federal/local regulations
• Enhance team member engagement: Help coordinate recognition programs, special events, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
• Manage HR systems and reporting: Oversee team member data entry, track employment transitions, maintain training and corrective action records, and generate reports on key HR metrics
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
• Support the HR Manager in leading the HR function and delivering an exceptional Team Member experience.
• Partner with department leaders to support workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and talent development.
• Drive effective onboarding, performance management, learning, and development initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Monitor key HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations to support business and people decisions.
• Lead Team Member engagement, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives that strengthen the workplace culture.
• Act on behalf of the HR Manager when required and ensure continuity of HR operations.
