Job summary

PlaceUp is seeking an experienced Key Account Executive HORECA to manage and grow relationships with hotels, restaurants and catering clients in the UAE. You will drive sales growth through strategic account management and coordinate with marketing and supply chain to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, 2–3 years in HORECA sales, and a proven track record of hitting targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or key account management within HORECA or foodservice.
• Strong understanding of the UAE hospitality market and networks.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets with large accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, catering).
• Achieve sales and profitability targets for assigned accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base in HORECA.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and trading terms for profitability.
• Coordinate with marketing and supply chain for availability and on-time delivery.
• Conduct regular business reviews to analyze performance and growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and account plans.
• Support product launches, sampling and menu placements in HORECA.
