Role Description

The Mortgage Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The person in this role will guide clients through the mortgage process, from initial consultation and affordability assessment to product recommendation, application, and completion. Daily activities include meeting with clients, analyzing financial information, explaining mortgage products and terms, preparing documentation, and liaising with lenders to secure suitable offers. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of lending criteria, local market conditions, and regulatory requirements, as well as supporting clients with refinancing and long-term financial planning. The Mortgage Advisor will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and contribute to business growth through responsible mortgage marketing and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mortgages and core finance principles, with the ability to assess affordability and risk.
• Skills in financial planning to help clients structure borrowing in line with long-term financial goals.
• Experience in mortgage marketing, including promoting services ethically and building client pipelines.
• CeMAP qualification or equivalent mortgage advisory certification, or a clear path and commitment to obtain it.
• Proven experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or financial services, preferably within the UAE market.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software; comfort working with data and reports.
