Mortgage Pro. is seeking a Home Mortgage Consultant in Abu Dhabi to assess client needs, explain options, and coordinate with lenders for timely approvals. You will gather documentation, prepare applications, and keep clients updated through the process in a fast-paced on-site role.

The ideal candidate has deep mortgage knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and a customer-first approach to serve diverse clients while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and practical experience with Mortgages.
• Experience handling Loans and a solid understanding of Finance principles.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
• Ability to analyze financial information, assess risk, and match clients with appropriate mortgage products.
• Attention to detail in documentation, compliance, and record-keeping.
• Proficiency with basic office software and mortgage-related systems.
• Previous experience in banking, mortgage brokerage, or financial services is preferred.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages common in the UAE is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Abu Dhabi and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their home financing needs.
• Explain mortgage options and recommend suitable products.
• Assess client eligibility and collect/verify documentation.
• Prepare mortgage applications and coordinate with lenders and internal teams.
• Guide clients through terms and conditions and provide ongoing updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory and company compliance standards.
• Support business growth through professional client relationships and referrals.
