Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
• Sell travel packages such as pilgrimage tours, group tours, and customized holidays
• Explain itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, and travel requirements to customers
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer relationships and provide post-sales support
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth booking and travel execution
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings
• Stay updated with travel products, destinations, and company offerings
