Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Key Account Manager for Hematology-Gulf, based in Dubai. You will promote specialty hematology brands, manage Gulf accounts, and drive sales through targeted customer strategies while liaising with internal teams to ensure product availability.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma, UAE market familiarity, and strong English communication. Travel to Gulf markets is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Holds a Pharmacy or Medicine Degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company including specialty care brands experience.
• Hematology experience is strongly preferred.
• UAE market experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Promote BMS Specialty Care Brands in Hematology through scientific messaging to Health Care Professionals.
• Accountable for sales of BMS Hematology brands across Gulf markets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals.
• Define and prioritize customer targets through profiling and segmentation.
• Ensure accountability for achieving mutually agreed business targets.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders in all accounts (pharmacists, hospital stores, purchasing, finance, supply).
• Demonstrate deep marketplace, therapeutic, product and disease expertise.
• Develop account business plans to meet market needs.
• Support formulary enlisting and launch activities for new products.
• Coordinate with access, medical, and marketing teams to ensure product availability.
• Track performance and analyze data for growth opportunities and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer needs with urgency.
• Oversee ordering cycles, advise on pricing/strategy to grow business.
• Liaise with local distributors and internal departments to ensure stock and POs are timely.
• Travel as required; remote work model may vary by geography.
