Qualifications

• Holds a Pharmacy or Medicine Degree.
• At least 5 years in a multinational pharma company with specialty care brands.
• Hematology experience preferred; UAE market experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote hematology brands to healthcare professionals in the Gulf region.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Coordinate with access, medical, and marketing teams to support launches and formulary discussions.
• Monitor performance, forecast orders, and manage stock across accounts.
• Build strong partnerships with hospitals, pharmacies, and procurement teams.
