Job summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb Co is seeking a Key Account Manager for Hematology in the Gulf, based in Dubai. You will lead field-based promotion of BMS hematology brands to healthcare professionals, while aligning with internal teams to ensure patient access and formulary support.

Ideal candidates have a pharmacy/medical degree, 5+ years in multinational pharma, and UAE market experience; hematology exposure is highly preferred. Travel to Gulf markets is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a Pharmacy or Medicine degree.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company including specialty care.
• Hematology experience and UAE market familiarity are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote BMS Hematology brands to Healthcare Professionals across Gulf markets.
• Drive demand for products and support formulary enlisting where applicable.
• Develop account plans, segment targets, and territory strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with access, medical, marketing, and supply colleagues to ensure product availability and appropriate pricing.
• Monitor performance, forecast orders, and manage stock with a focus on patient access.
