Job summary

SilverTide is seeking a senior salesperson to cover portfolio managers in the buy-side space. You will deliver best-in-class trade idea creation, analysis and optimisation, and provide market coverage across interest rate derivatives and OTC swaps.

You’ll train and mentor junior staff and collaborate with execution traders and sales associates to generate client-driven sales. Experience in interest rate derivatives and options sales/trading is essential; front-office experience in IB or hedge

Qualifications

• Experience in interest rate derivatives and options sales and/or trading is a MUST.
• Investment Bank and/or Hedge Fund experience in front office favourable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present actionable trade ideas to clients.
• Run trade analysis and optimisation for ad hoc client requests.
• Build and deepen relationships with portfolio managers across existing and potentially new clients.
• Generate sales in the above-mentioned products.
• Train and mentor our associates and junior sales team.

The role:

As a senior salesperson on our team, your role will be to cover portfolio managers, providing them with best-in-class trade ideacreation,analysis,optimisationandgeneral market coverage. The assets you will cover arelisted interest rate optionsandOTCswaps.
