Job summary

DM Healthcare LLC is seeking a Senior Manager - Revenue Cycle Management to spearhead end-to-end RCM across Aster Clinics in the UAE. You will drive efficient billing, optimize claims processing, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce revenue leakage while strengthening payer relationships.

You will lead KPI-driven governance, collaborate with Finance, IT, and commercial teams, and guide the expansion of clinics from a revenue cycle standpoint, ensuring accurate documentation and timely cash

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or Business; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Experience in multi-site claims, billing and payer management.
• Strong payer contract negotiation and denial management.
• Experience with DHA, DOH, and MOH regulatory compliance and UAE health insurance laws.
• Deep understanding of UAE health insurance claim portals (eClaimLink/Riyati).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end revenue cycle excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across all Aster Clinics.
• Oversee eligibility verification and approvals for timely authorization and billing.
• Standardize billing coding and claims workflows across the network.
• Establish and monitor RCM KPIs, dashboards, and governance cadence.
• Oversee revenue cycle P&L performance in partnership with Finance.
• Lead cost optimization and staff productivity initiatives across billing and RCM teams.
• Improve claims turnaround time, denial rates, and payer experience through data-driven changes.
• Strengthen coordination with CRM, Marketing, Insurance and Business Development teams.
• Partner with IT to enhance EMR billing workflows and reporting.
• Support new clinic commissioning from a revenue cycle perspective.

Your Role

The Senior Manager - RCM will lead the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations of Aster Clinics across the UAE network ensuring optimized billing efficient claims processing and full regulatory compliance The role will drive strategies to reduce claim rejections and revenue leakage strengthen payer relationships and improve overall financial performance

Your Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end revenue cycle excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across all Aster Clinics to enhance billing efficiency quality and collections Oversee the eligibility verification and approvals process to ensure timely authorization accurate documentation and seamless patient billing experience Standardize billing coding and claims workflows SOPs and operating models across the network to ensure consistency and compliance Establish and monitor RCM KPIs dashboards MIS and governance cadence including monthly and weekly performance reviews with clinic leadership Oversee revenue cycle P L performance in partnership with Finance ensuring achievement of collection targets and reduced revenue leakage Lead cost optimization staff productivity and resource utilization initiatives across billing and RCM teams Improve claims turnaround time denial rates and overall payer experience through process redesign and data-driven interventions Strengthen coordination with CRM Marketing Insurance and Business Development teams to drive collections conversion and payer retention Partner with IT and Digital teams to enhance EMR billing workflows automation reporting and adoption of digital claims tools and dashboards Support new clinic commissioning expansion and feasibility studies from a revenue cycle readiness and billing excellence perspective Identify new payer opportunities market gaps and revenue enhancement strategies aligned with RCM capabilities Ensure operational readiness for audits accreditation regulatory compliance and quality standards across all clinics Lead change management capability building and performance coaching for billing executives coders and RCM coordinators Drive claims and denial management initiatives to reduce rejections and enhance cash flow Ensure effective implementation of SOPs and governance frameworks across the RCM function through strong team oversight Lead grievance redressal mechanisms for payers patients and staff ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement Ensure clinical teams are supported with accurate documentation and billing infrastructure to enable efficient claims processing Act as a strategic advisor to clinic and business leadership on revenue cycle performance and financial growth initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or Business (Master’s / MBA preferred).15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.Proven experience in multi-site claims, billing, and payer management.Strong exposure to payer contract negotiation, claims management, and denial management.Experience with DHA, DOH, and MOH regulatory compliance and quality standards.Deep understanding of UAE health insurance laws and claim portals (e.g., eClaimLink/Riyati).
