The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing and placing healthcare professionals, excellent market knowledge, and a demonstrated ability to generate high revenue through successful placements.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals across the UAE.
• Source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
