Metabolic Health in Dubai seeks a proactive Healthcare Sales & Program Coordinator to engage prospective patients, conduct consultative conversations, and drive programme enrolment. You will manage the full sales cycle, coordinate appointments, verify insurance, and ensure accurate documentation using EMR and CRM systems while promoting services and maintaining patient relationships.

Requires a Bachelor's in healthcare administration or related field and 2+ years healthcare sales in the UAE,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of direct sales in healthcare, medical, or wellness in the UAE; patient coordination alone will not be considered.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with closed deals or enrolments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM, EMR, and insurance systems preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Professional, adaptable, and patient-focused approach.
• B2C or consultative healthcare sales background is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively engage and convert prospective patients through consultative sales conversations in-person, via phone, WhatsApp, Meta Channels, and email with focus on enrolment and revenue.
• Manage leads and nurture through CRM to ensure timely communication and conversions.
• Cross-sell and upsell relevant services to existing patients.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Own the full sales cycle from first inquiry to programme sign-up with patient-centric approach.
• Conduct structured consultations to present clinical and financial value of programmes.
