Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a leading healthcare-focused private equity investor to recruit a senior investment professional for the GCC region. You will lead opportunity assessments, develop investment proposals and monitor portfolio performance across hospitals, clinics and healthcare services.

The role requires 8–12 years in private markets, with a strong track record in value creation and portfolio management, and fluency in Arabic and English to interact across regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in private equity, principal investments, or buy-side environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business; MBA/CFA preferred.
• Healthcare assets investing experience including hospitals, clinics or services.
• GCC market experience; MENA regional knowledge advantageous.
• Strong portfolio management and value-creation track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment of investment opportunities for informed business decisions.
• Review financial information and market factors to identify investment considerations.
• Develop investment proposals with clear financial analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor investment activity and provide updates on performance and developments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align investment activity with priorities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior decision-makers.
• Maintain records of assessments, decisions and outcomes.
• Identify financial trends affecting healthcare investment planning.
