Responsibilities

• Source and originate investment opportunities across media and related sectors.
• Build relationships with founders, management teams, and intermediaries.
• Conduct commercial and financial analyses of prospective investments.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases.
• Support transaction execution from origination through completion.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and external advisors.
• Prepare investment committee materials and recommendations.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and identify value creation opportunities.
• Support portfolio management teams with strategic initiatives.
• Perform valuation benchmarking and market analysis across investments.
• Assist with acquisitions, strategic projects, and business reviews.
• Prepare management and board-level reporting materials.
