Job summary

Justlife is expanding its healthcare-at-home offering across the GCC and seeks a commercially driven Senior Account Manager to build new partnerships from scratch. You will open channels, pursue and close corporate accounts, affiliates, and wellness providers, and own deals end-to-end.

You will foster trusted relationships with decision-makers, negotiate favorable commercial terms, and shape growth for the healthcare vertical in the UAE and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development.
• Healthcare background preferred and familiarity with regulated space.
• Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills and channel expansion.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to translate metrics into decisions.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Established relationships across UAE market corporates, insurers, clinics, pharmacies, or wellness providers.
• Familiarity with UAE healthcare licensing/regulatory bodies (DHA, DoH, MOH).
• Comfort using AI and automation tools to work smarter and move faster.

Responsibilities

• Open new channels and pursue/close new B2B partnerships across corporate accounts, affiliates and wellness providers.
• Build and manage a pipeline, owning deals end-to-end.
• Negotiate and structure commercial agreements to grow revenue while protecting service quality.
• Shape the vertical by spotting market opportunities and expanding healthcare partnerships across GCC.
