Aster Clinics in Dubai is seeking an HR Onboarding Officer to coordinate the employee onboarding process, ensuring joining formalities are completed accurately and efficiently. You will manage documentation, maintain records, and support HR reporting within a healthcare setting.

The role requires strong communication, data management, and organizational skills; Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred. Immediate joiners are welcome to contribute to a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant experience in UAE healthcare onboarding/HR administration.
• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration or MBA in HR (or equivalent).
• Experience coordinating onboarding, employee documentation, and HR reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate employee onboarding activities and ensure required documents are collected, verified and maintained.
• Maintain organised employee records and update HR databases; prepare onboarding-related reports.
• Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to meet onboarding timelines.
• Prepare presentations and organise HR information for onboarding processes.
• Manage reporting requirements related to onboarding and employee data with accuracy.
• Handle onboarding queries and ensure smooth joining procedures.
