Job summary

Auxo Talent in Dubai is seeking a Senior Integration Architect to lead the integration of a Unified Data Platform with clinical and enterprise source systems.

You will define architectures, oversee middleware, and ensure scalable data exchange, security and regulatory compliance in healthcare environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with HL7, FHIR, DICOM, API gateways, and major integration platforms, with collaboration across architects, engineers and project managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of integration architecture experience in healthcare/health IT.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of HL7, FHIR, DICOM and IHE profiles.
• Experience with integration platforms such as Mirth/NextGen Connect, InterSystems, Rhapsody, MuleSoft, Azure or AWS.
• Strong REST/SOAP API and API Gateway experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare data security, privacy and UAE regulatory requirements.
• TOGAF, HL7/FHIR or cloud integration certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define the integration architecture, middleware, interface and data-exchange patterns.
• Assess source systems, interface capabilities, integration requirements and existing middleware.
• Design scalable integration solutions including orchestration, routing, transformation, queuing and error handling.
• Develop HLD/LLD, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), API specifications and data mappings.
• Coordinate integration testing, conformance testing and go-live activities.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Business Analysts and Technical Project Managers.
