Job summary

Flow Pilot Technologies seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect for Health IT to shape our HIS/EMR platform in Abu Dhabi. You will define the overall software architecture, domain models and interoperability strategy to support Patient, Appointment, Encounter, Billing and Insurance modules.

You will lead multi-tenant SaaS design, API boundaries, and AI/data access considerations while aligning with healthcare data protection and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing HIS/EMR/EHR systems and healthcare SaaS products.
• Deep understanding of HL7 v2 and FHIR R4 standards.
• Ability to translate clinical workflows into scalable architecture.
• Experience defining multi-tenant SaaS platforms and security RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Define and review the overall HIS/EMR software architecture.
• Design healthcare domain and data models.
• Guide architecture for Patient, Appointment, Encounter, Clinical, Orders, Results, Billing and Insurance modules.
• Design scalable multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Define APIs, integration boundaries and event architecture.
• Establish HL7/FHIR interoperability strategy.
• Design terminology strategy including ICD, SNOMED CT and LOINC.
• Prepare the platform for future integration with NPHIES – Saudi Arabia, Riayati – UAE, Malaffi – Abu Dhabi, NABIDH – Dubai, laboratories, pharmacies, insurers and other healthcare systems.
• Advise on CRM integration with the healthcare platform.
• Advise on healthcare AI architecture and safe access to clinical data.
• Review security, RBAC, audit trail and healthcare data protection architecture.
• Work closely with our existing developer and review technical implementation.
• Help define the technical roadmap from MVP to production.
