Job summary

RiDiK seeks a Senior/Principal Integration Architect to lead the integration architecture for a Unified Data Platform within a healthcare environment. You will own middleware architecture, interface design, API integration, and interoperability across EHR/HIS, LIS, RIS/PACS, pharmacy, claims, and HIE platforms.

This role requires hands-on HL7, FHIR, DICOM/IHE expertise, and experience with Mirth/NextGen, IRIS/Ensemble, Rhapsody, MuleSoft, and cloud services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems.
10–14 years IT experience with 5+ years as Integration Architect in healthcare.
Strong hands-on with HL7, FHIR, DICOM and IHE standards.
Experience with integration platforms such as Mirth/NextGen, IRIS/Ensemble, Rhapsody, MuleSoft, cloud services.
Knowledge of UAE healthcare data privacy requirements and HIE integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end integration and middleware architecture (ESB, iPaaS, API orchestration).
Define interfaces, ICDs, data mappings, and interface specifications.
Design REST/SOAP APIs and API gateway policies with secure access.
Ensure monitoring, observability and interface-health dashboards.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and delivery teams to enable go-lives.
