Job summary

Iconic IT is seeking a Senior Healthcare Integration Engineer with strong Rhapsody expertise to design, monitor, and maintain healthcare interfaces in a production environment. You will collaborate with healthcare providers, application teams, and vendors to ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability.

The role requires hands-on Rhapsody development, extensive HL7 v2.x and FHIR experience, and solid API integration skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of healthcare integration experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Rhapsody Integration Engine experience.
• Strong expertise in: Rhapsody Development
• Rhapsody Monitoring
• Rhapsody Troubleshooting
• Rhapsody Administration
• Rhapsody Maintenance
• Extensive experience working with: HL7 v2.x
• FHIR
• Strong API integration experience.
• Experience delivering healthcare interfaces in production environments.
• Knowledge of integration testing methodologies.
• Experience with release management and deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Experience performing detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain healthcare interfaces using Rhapsody Integration Engine.
• Implement data exchange solutions between healthcare applications and systems.
• Support HL7 v2.x and FHIR integration projects.
• Develop and maintain API-based integrations.
• Deliver end-to-end interface implementation and deployment activities.
• Monitor integration environments and interface performance.
• Investigate and resolve interface failures and data transmission issues.
• Provide production support and incident resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
• Participate in on-call support rotations for critical incidents and planned maintenance.
