Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of event management experience (preferably medical/healthcare events)
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality or Medical field preferred
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute healthcare conferences, seminars, workshops, and industry events.
• Coordinate venue arrangements, registration processes, schedules, and logistics.
• Maintain communication with clients, vendors, medical professionals and staff.
• Supervise on-site operations to troubleshoot and ensure smooth execution.
• Handle administrative event documentation and assist with post-event closeouts.
