Job summary

Sundus Management Consultancy & Studies Bureaual.L.L.C is seeking an Event Operations Coordinator to support on-site event operations across public activations and programs in Abu Dhabi. You will assist with readiness checks and monitor setups, live operations and post-event breakdowns to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event operations or coordination.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, vendors and operational teams.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with public events, cultural programs, exhibitions or large-scale visitor experiences is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Arabic language proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor on-site event operations across activations and programs.
• Maintain event schedules, run sheets and key deliverables; escalate delays or concerns as needed.
• Facilitate communication between vendors, performers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with compliance, permits, documentation and post-event reporting and evaluations.
