Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and risks from client market analysis.
• Identify and secure new business with target healthcare clients.
• Prepare transaction documentation including term sheets and mandate letters.
• Assess and address credit, market, and operational risks with product teams.
• Present, review, negotiate, and finalise transactions.
• Maintain client credit quality and portfolio compliance.
