Job summary

ISOLA Ristorante Italiano, part of Sunset Hospitality Group in Abu Dhabi, seeks a skilled Head Waiter to lead an assigned section and deliver attentive service in a contemporary setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a head waiter role, experience in upscale or fine-dining environments, strong menu knowledge, and fluent English.

You will coach junior staff, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and ensure guest engagement and accurate bill processing during busy service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience as Head Waiter in upscale/high-volume restaurant.
• Experience in Italian or fine-dining environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of menu and wine is a plus.
• Excellent guest engagement and sales skills.

• Lead an assigned section and coordinate Waiters and Runners during service.
• Welcome guests, present menus and provide confident food and beverage recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and communicate allergies and special requests clearly.
