Job summary

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Bartender to join the ISOLA Abu Dhabi opening team. The bartender will prepare and serve high‑quality cocktails while delivering engaging guest service in a premium setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of bartending experience, strong knowledge of cocktails, and a friendly, sales‑oriented approach. Fluency in English is required; another language is a plus for guest interactions at ISOLA Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bartending experience.
• Experience in premium restaurant/bar/lifestyle venue.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare classic and contemporary cocktails according to approved recipes.
• Maintain consistent measurement, flavour, garnishing and presentation.
• Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and upsell.
• Complete bar mise en place and keep the station stocked.
• Process orders accurately through the POS system.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, storage and wastage.
• Maintain bar hygiene and responsible-service standards.
