Job summary

CoinPoker seeks a senior video content leader to own the strategy across long- and short-form formats, guiding the production team from planning through delivery. You will shape formats, hooks, and packaging, while building a robust multi-channel operation for marketing campaigns, product launches, and tournament series.

You will own performance analytics, define success metrics, and report to senior management on audience growth and commercial contributions.

Qualifications

Proven track record of growing audiences through long-form and short-form video.
Experience building and leading a video production team.
Strong command of video packaging, including titles, thumbnails, hooks, and structure.
Deep knowledge of video performance metrics (CTR, retention curves, watch-through rates).
Experience operating gaming or gambling-adjacent content on social platforms.
Understanding of poker or ability to learn the game quickly.
Ability to manage a multi-channel content operation end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Own the video content strategy, defining repeatable formats and channel roles for long-form and short-form content.
Lead the production team and end-to-end content operations, from planning through edit direction and delivery.
Build, manage, and develop a production team including editors and specialist content roles.
Manage the long-form to short-form pipeline, ensuring systematic conversion into platform-native clips like Reels and Shorts.
Produce video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and tournament series.
Own content performance analytics and establish metrics frameworks for each channel.
Report to senior management on audience growth and commercial contributions.
